Build a study routine with room for real life.

A useful routine starts with the time you can protect. Give each session a clear job and leave room for the review.

Give a short session one job.

When time is limited, choose a focused set or a few due flashcards. Decide what you want to work on before starting. A manageable session with a complete review is a useful place to begin.

Use longer sessions for different work.

A mock exam gives you space to practice sustained attention, navigation, and pacing. Choose the conditions deliberately. If you choose a timed mock, remember that its clock continues when you leave the page.

Plan the return as well as the attempt.

Leave time to read explanations and capture what needs another look. Use your notes, saved questions, and domain results to choose a specific starting point for the next session.

Give today’s session one job: explore a topic, review a distinction, or rehearse a longer stretch.

Try it in your next session.

An example week: focused questions early in the week, a short recall session between commitments, then a longer practice attempt with time reserved for review. Adapt it to your availability.
