122 questions in two sections

• Two sections of 61 questions, with two hours for each section.
• 110 scored questions and 12 unscored pretest questions.
• An optional scheduled break of up to 10 minutes between sections.
• Once a section is submitted or its time expires, you cannot return to it.
• A mix of three- and four-option questions, with a larger proportion of three-option questions than the previous format.

How Casetheory timed practice differs

Our timed practice tests contain 122 questions with one continuous four-hour clock. All items count toward your practice result. We do not simulate official section locks or scheduled breaks.
